Front Range Clinic was founded in 2014 and has been a trailblazer in addiction treatment and MAT in the state of Colorado, quickly expanding outside of Northern Colorado to the Denver area, Colorado Springs, & Pueblo. Our providers have over 50 years of combined addiction experience and are dedicated to providing the best possible care to each person that walks through our doors. Our providers strive to be compassionate, dedicated, non-judgmental, and understanding. All providers have the appropriate training and credentials for providing medication-assisted treatment such as Suboxone/buprenorphine & Vivitrol/naltrexone.
Clark McCoy, MD
Dr. Clark S. McCoy is board-certified in Addiction Medicine, Family Medicine, and Obesity Medicine. Clark is the President and Medical Director of Front Range Clinic with multiple locations including Fort Collins, Greeley, and Longmont, Colorado. In 1994 Dr. McCoy graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin with honors in Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Florida, where he served as the Chief Resident during his final year. He has work experience in Emergency Medicine, Inpatient medical consulting, Urgent Care, Family Practice, and Clinic Management. In 2014 Dr. McCoy founded Front Range Clinic. His passion for Addiction Medicine has led him to be the Site Medical Director for Weld County Jail and the Medical Director for Inpatient Detox Services at Clearview Behavioral Health. Dr. McCoy and his wife Allison have four children.
Colleen Weissmann, MD
Dr. Weissmann graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University. She graduated with honors from University of South Alabama and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society. Dr. Weissmann completed her medical residency in Internal Medicine at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadephia, PA in 1991. After moving to Colorado, she practiced internal medicine for over 20 years. Dr. Weissmann became interested in addiction medicine after the disease impacted her family. She joined Front Range clinic in December of 2016. She treats each patient with care and compassion and strives to curtail their medical care according to their individual needs. She offers experience, strength and hope to each patient under her care. In her free time Dr Weissmann enjoys tennis, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
Jeremy Dubin, D.O., ASAM
Dr. Dubin is a Board Certified Osteopathic Family Physician (ACOFP) and an Addiction Medicine Specialist. He holds additional board certifications in Integrative Holistic Medicine (ABIHM) and Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Dr. Dubin lectures and teaches regularly on the field of Addiction Medicine. As a family physician and addiction medical specialist at the Front Range Clinic, he pursues effective healing strategies that proactively confront the challenges of addiction; helping to create long term solutions through evidence-based comprehensive treatment plans that address the complex physical, biochemical, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual challenges that are often observed with addiction. He emphasizes treating people, not just diseases. He enjoys working with his patients to create long term solutions that promote better health and wellness.
Sarah Noe, NP
Sarah is a certified family nurse practitioner and graduated with her Master’s degree from Emory University in Atlanta. She has worked as an NP at Front Range Clinic for since 2016. She has experience working in addiction medicine, family practice, urgent care, and inpatient cardiology. She loves spending time with her husband and daughter and enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing all over Colorado.
Lindsay Shillinglaw, PA
Lindsay is a full time Physician Assistant that works in the Denver locations for Front Range Clinic. Native to the southeast she is recognized by her southern accent and passionate heart. Lindsay received her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University with a Bachelors of Health and Exercise Science and her PA degree is from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Masters in Medical Science. Though her PA program was surgical in nature, she has found that her gifts are more suited beyond the doors of the operating room. When she is not in the office, she is out chasing the sunshine wherever that may be. Lindsay enjoys all things outdoors and on the weekends you will be hard pressed to find her in the city. Besides hiking, spending time with her dog and horses, Lindsay finds her inspiration through art, spirituality and on her yoga mat. Much of her time is also spent doing volunteer and service work sometimes beyond the boundaries of the USA. She has lived in Denver since 2017 and is proud to call Colorado her home. Lindsay considers it a gift and honor to be of service to each one of her clients at Front Range Clinic as she supports them in their journey of recovery.
Candice Ash, NP
Candi Ash joined Front Range Clinic in April 2016. Candi obtained her Masters in Science of Nursing in from the University of Southern Mississippi. She has eighteen years of nursing experience-ten years as an RN supervisor in Labor and Delivery and NICU, and eight years as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine and military Family Medicine. At Front Range Clinic she works in Addiction Medicine. Candi is from Wyoming and is married with three boys. Candi enjoys exercise, travel, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Seals, NP
Jen Seals joined FRC in April 2016. Jennifer obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing from University of Wyoming. She brings twelve years of nursing experience in rural medicine, including two years as supervising RN, med- surgery, two years Emergency room, and two years ICU. At Front Range Clinic Jen works as a Nurse Practitioner in Addiction Medicine. Jennifer is from Eastern Colorado and is married with three kids. Jennifer enjoys camping, fishing, running, lifting and watching her children’s sporting events.
Emily Dill, NP
Emily grew up in Montana and after high school, she spent some time traveling. She then attended Carroll College in Helena, MT and received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. She worked for several years in the emergency department in Denver and Colorado Springs as well as some time in pre-op and the PACU. After 6 years in the ER, she went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing from Colorado State University, where she became dual certified as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult Acute Care and Family Practice. She is now working in addiction medicine in Colorado Springs. When she is not working, she is spending time with her husband and children, enjoying all of the outdoor activities in beautiful Colorado.
Chad Harrington, PA-C
Chad graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA in 2010. He enjoys helping those affected by the opioid crisis and believes that FRC does this in a very helpful and realistic way. In his spare time, Chad enjoys snowboarding, whitewater rafting, camping, collecting vinyl records and spending time with his wife and 3 kids.
Gail Hutton, FNP
Gail is board certified as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She obtained a BS in nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, and an MS in nursing from University of Wyoming. A native of Georgia, Gail has lived in Colorado for 20 years. She enjoys the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and loves to hike and camp. Gail is constantly inspired by our courageous clients and finds her work at FRC to be both challenging and rewarding!
Elizabeth (Betsy) Walton, FNP
Betsy is originally from Paradise, CA and speaks Spanish. Her educational background includes: MSN: Family Nurse Practitioner (Duke University), MSN: Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Johns Hopkins). MBA (Penn State). BSN (University of Nebraska). Betsy loves the culture of FRC where providers work with each patient as an individual and have the freedom to help design each patient’s treatment program to accommodate their needs rather than being a “one size fits all” solution. She also enjoys working with such a talented staff and medical team. In her free time, Betsy likes to ride her horse and travel.
Collin Zander, FNP-BC
Collin has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2011, completing his Master’s of Science in Nursing at Wichita State University in Wichita, KS. As an FNP-BC, he has worked in a variety of capacities from orthopedic surgery to primary care to MAT. Prior to that, he spent 6 years working as a Medical-Surgical RN at a large community hospital. He has been with Front Range Clinic since 2017, working at various locations but can typically be found at the Ft. Collins or Greeley offices. Collin is currently finishing up his Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification and is passionate about promoting the mental health of all FRC patients. When not working or studying he enjoys leisure activities with his wife and two young children or cheering on the Jayhawks and Chiefs.
Brianna Babb, PA
Brianna Babb is one of Front Range Clinic’s physician assistant’s. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Chatham University located in Pittsburgh. She then studied physician assistant studies at the same university and graduated this past summer. She started with Front Range Clinic in September of 2018. Brianna has a background in addiction medicine, specifically having experience working in a methadone clinic. Brianna enjoys hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family. She currently now lives in the Denver Metro Area and has been taking advantage of the active Colorado lifestyle.
Allison Cherrier, NP
Allison attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She subsequently worked in a Pediatric Emergency Room in Raleigh, NC for several years before joining the United States Air Force. Allison served as an officer on active duty orders for over four years, specializing in pediatric oncology nursing. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Austin, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She continued her Air Force career during that time and completed two tours in Afghanistan and Qatar where she was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal. After her last deployment, Allison relocated to Colorado where she has practiced in primary care and addiction medicine. She is currently a student at the University of Cincinnati working towards her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification so that she can better serve those suffering from mental health and addiction issues. In her free time, Allison enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and volunteering.
Samantha Stein, PA
Samantha received her Physician Assistant degree from Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, CO, her Masters of Medical Science from St. Francis University, Loretto, PA. Prior to working at FRC, she started the Suboxone program in Denver Jails. Samantha enjoys working with Front Range Clinic and describes the organization as professional and organized. The providers and administration staff is kind and polite. She enjoys the diversity of the practices and the ability to work in various settings. Prior to PA school, Samantha was a D1 pole-vaulter and sponsored runner. Currently she enjoys running, snowboarding, backpack/camping, cooking, and traveling. She has 2 dogs; Vizsla puppy and a Weimaraner that keep her busy.
Aaron Druck, FNP-C
Aaron Druck FNP-C joined Front Range Clinic in May 2018. Aaron obtained his Masters in Science of Nursing from Emory University. Prior to working at the Front Range Clinic, Aaron worked in the fields of Oncology, Acute care, HIV and Transgender primary care. Aaron enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities.
Karen Bant-Kreutzer, NP-C
Karen is a Colorado native who enjoys outdoor activities, camping, hiking and doing anything in the mountains. She is an avid animal lover and volunteers in her community as well. Karen received her BSN in 1993. She spent 20 years working as a RN, mostly in acute care, with some hospice and home care as well. She then received her Master’s degree in 2013 as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Program. Karen worked in Internal Medicine with a multi-disciplinary practice and gained a solid base for primary care. With that experience, she started working in addiction medicine in January of 2018 and has found a passion in this specialty. She truly enjoys working with each individual from a non-judgmental perspective, to help each of them in their own journey of recovery.
Jill Erlenbusch, NP
Jill joined Front Range Clinic September 2018. She is originally from North Dakota but had lived in Colorado Springs since 1984. She received her Masters degree and Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2000. She started working in the NICU as a neonatal nurse practitioner and was a member of the transport team. She has spent 3 years in family practice and the last 3 years working in pain management. She is certified as a n OR first assist, holds certificates in advanced point injections and bio insertions. Jill is single, has three grown children, and one grandson.
