Life, beyond addiction

The Pueblo/South East mobile addiction clinic will provide services to Canon City, Walsenburg, Trinidad, Las Animas, La Junta, and Springfield. Each unit will be staffed with a nurse (LPN), a counselor (CACII), and a peer support specialist, who will provide addiction treatment services.

Individuals will be connected to a medical provider via telehealth services when needed. The mobile addiction clinic will offer MAT and supportive recovery services. Individuals do not have to be on MAT to use the counseling and peer recovery services offered by the mobile unit. The mobile addiction unit is focusing on providing drug addiction treatment to rural counties in southeast Colorado.

We are taking years of experience and expertise in addiction medicine and putting it on wheels to provide care to areas with limited resources.

A step closer to recovery

Request a consultation, and our team will contact you and support you in your recovery journey.

Addiction Services

Addiction Services

The mobile addiction clinic offers addiction services outside of medication. Individuals will have access to a counselor and a peer (someone who has been there) to discuss tools for recovery and develop a treatment plan.

Medication Assisted Treatment

Medication Assisted Treatment

While no medication will be on the mobile addiction clinic, medication assisted treatment will be offered via telehealth. After meeting with a nurse and medical provider, the prescription will be filled at your pharmacy of choice.

Therapies

The mobile addiction clinic will offer the same care
and professionalism offered at our brick and mortar locations.
