Providing Addiction Treatment to All of Colorado
Front Range Clinic has the ability to see you from over 50 unique service locations – virtually and in-person – throughout the state of Colorado.
How Treatment Works
COVID-19 has allowed us to expand our services even further using virtual appointments. If you do not have access to the internet, a mobile device, or computer, we have over 50 unique locations you can visit.

Schedule An Appointment
If you would like to schedule or change an appointment, you can call one of our brick and mortar locations found here. Typically, we can get you scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours.
TYPES OF APPOINTMENTS
Car Consult: You can come to a clinic location closest to you and provide a UA sample. After providing the sample you can return to your vehicle and speak on the phone to a medical provider.
Telehealth: Connect with a medical provider via Zoom.
In-Office: Visit one of our many clinics to meet with a provider in office.

Preparing for Your Appointment
If you are coming to the office for an in-person appointment, you will be provided with a mask upon arrival and be asked to wash your hands. If this is your first appointment, please bring your photo ID.
If you are meeting with a provider virtually, you will need to prepare for a virtual meeting. Please make sure you are in a private space. If you are meeting via telehealth, please download the Zoom App.

Providing a Urine Sample
You will have to provide a urine sample at one of our clinic locations.
The frequency of urine samples is determined by the treatment plan laid out by your provider.

Pick Up Your Medication
After your appointment, the provider will give you a prescription to take to the pharmacy or you will be provided with a physical prescription if you are seen in office. Most often we will use the pharmacy of your choice.

Schedule Your Next Appointment
You and your provider will decide if your next appointment is virtual or in-person. They will also decide the frequency of your appointments based on your treatment plan. If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, you can reach us at one of our multiple clinic locations.
